Michael is first and foremost a father of two young girls which have been his inspiration into the world of social enterprise. He brings a unique experience to the table as a strategic leader able to motivate and inspire people to not only to consider new ideas and concepts, but to embrace them, thereby becoming a catalyst for change. He has an inclusive and collaborative management style, which supports his colleagues to contribute and thereby develops a fertile culture of inspired thinking outside the square. With a background in marketing and Human resources Michael pioneered and introduced new concepts of  outsourcing into the hospitality industry which have become the standard option foremost hoteliers. This created an industry now turning over in excess of tens of billions of dollars per annum.
Michael consulted to SOCOG (Sydney  Organising Committee Olympic Games) on staffing for the Sydney Olympics and his expertise was sought again for the Melbourne Commonwealth Games Athletes Village Retail by designing and running the Day Spas at an Athletes Village as well as airport terminals partnering with Virgin Airlines and International hotels. His broad range of experience in various industries from labour hire, executive recruitment to the health and well being industry is testament to how his skills are an essential element in any organization.
